C&rsquo;est un ensemble de grottes, dont certaines ont \u00e9t\u00e9 am\u00e9nag\u00e9es en temples hindouistes, \u00e0 une dizaine de km au nord de Kuala Lumpur. La grotte du temple est la plus importante, et la plus int\u00e9ressante. On y acc\u00e8de apr\u00e8s avoir grimp\u00e9 un escalier assez raide de 272 marches, au milieu des flots de touristes, des singes, et des poules !<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"> La grotte principale est form\u00e9e d&rsquo;un gigantesque couloir d&rsquo;environ 100 m\u00e8tres de long, 30 m\u00e8tres de large et 100 m\u00e8tres de haut, dans laquelle sont construits plusieurs temples. Comme au Sri Lanka, les temples hindoux, c&rsquo;est assez kitch !<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-gallery aligncenter columns-1 is-cropped wp-block-gallery-1 is-layout-flex Au Sri Lanka, nous avions visit\u00e9 des grottes transform\u00e9es en temples, mais qui avaient plusieurs centaines d&rsquo;ann\u00e9es, et avaient un caract\u00e8re patrimonial incontestable. L\u00e0, on a un peu l&rsquo;impression d&rsquo;\u00eatre \u00e0 Disneyland, mais sans les man\u00e8ges et les montagnes russes ! Cet aspect carton p\u00e2te est encore plus criant dans les autres grottes qu&rsquo;on a visit\u00e9es&#8230;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-gallery aligncenter columns-1 is-cropped L&rsquo;occasion de voir d&rsquo;encore plus pr\u00e8s les poissons des mers tropicales.
